I haven't read it myself yet (I'm waiting for Cynthia to get online so we can have our crack-filled chapter reactions over AIM 8D), so I can't say anything on it, but download it at will! :3 (Also I won't be reading the comments to this post yet for that same reason, so if you ask me something, don't expect an answer for another few hours. ^^;)
I'll also be doing some tweaking to the website today, as appropriate for our current Fullmetal Alchemist hiatus.
On a related note, apologies that the countdown hasn't been reset in a couple months. That's one thing that will be fixed today. :3

EDIT: The countdown has been reset, and the In Progress page has been updated. I'm planning on also making a "Hagaren Hiatus Survival Guide" which will include links to other scanlation groups. You'll find it on the main menu bar when it's ready. I might also update the FAQ page, and... hey, I might as well do something with that Links page that has never existed before! XD

I said that though we'd be taking a break from scanlating, we'd still upload the RAWs for those who want them. :)
Surprisingly enough, though, Cynthia is doing a text translation of this chapter just for the heck of it. Don't expect a completed scanlation though; I have meteorology homework to work on! XD
